Bricks & Paving

People have used bricks as a building material for over 10,000 years, the earliest recorded use of bricks was at Jericho, at about 8000 B.C. in the construction of The Tower of Babel.

Brick has stood the test of time.

It is impossible for any two bricks to be identical.

The large array of surface textures and styles enhance the design options.

Once a clay brick has been fired, the colour is permanent and will never fade.

Clay bricks are excellent value for money.

The process is less affected by bad weather than plaster and paint.

Brick veneer does not compromise the structural integrity of the dwelling. Clay bricks also have the advantage that they do not catch on fire.

The results are obvious! Brick often looks better as the years go by, it does not deteriorate like most other claddings.

70mm brick provides an excellent noise barrier from road traffic and other potential sources of annoying sound.

Brick is a material that is timeless because of its durability and its flexibility.

Because of their very low maintenance requirements, which results in little deterioration, brick homes hold their value better long term.
